The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet de professionnalisation de la fonction PMO, nous recherchons un PMO expérimenté prêt à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète et à contribuer à la structuration d’un portefeuille projets industriel.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

· Pilotage du portefeuille projets : suivi opérationnel, consolidation des données, analyse des écarts.

· Structuration et amélioration des processus PMO : évolution des outils, indicateurs, méthodologies.

· Support aux chefs de projets : accompagnement, bonnes pratiques, gestion des risques et reporting.

Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac+5 d'une école d’ingénieur ou de formation universitaire en gestion de projets, management industriel ou domaine équivalent. Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans minimum dans le domaine du PMO ou de la gestion de projets industriels.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de la gestion de portefeuille, du pilotage projet, et des méthodologies PMO.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants : MS Project, Excel avancé, Power BI, outils de reporting et de gestion des risques.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
