The posting

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Programmeur CFAO (H/F) sur Marignane.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, vous assurez la préparation et la programmation des usinages des machines à commandes numériques.

Vos principales missions sont :

  • Analyse technique : Étudier les dossiers de définition, plans et exigences techniques.
  • Définition du process : Établir les gammes d'usinage, le choix des outillages et les conditions de coupe.
  • Programmation CFAO : Concevoir et optimiser les programmes d'usinage [ex. 3, 4 ou 5 axes / Tournage / Fraisage] sur logiciel de FAO.
  • Simulation et validation : Vérifier les trajectoires outils, simuler les usinages pour éviter les collisions et valider le code ISO.
  • Support atelier : Rédiger les fiches d'instructions pour les opérateurs et accompagner le lancement de la première pièce (mise au point sur machine).
  • Amélioration continue : Proposer des gains de temps et de productivité sur les séries existantes.

Profil

  • Formation : BTS CPRP, DUT/BUT Génie Mécanique, ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire (débutants motivés ou profils expérimentés bienvenus).
  • Maîtrise logicielle : Connaissance impérative d'un logiciel de CFAO [ex: TopSolid, Mastercam, CATIA, Esprit, PowerMill, SolidCAM, etc.].
  • Compétences techniques : Bonne lecture de plans, connaissance approfondie des matériaux, des outils de coupe et du langage ISO.
  • Qualités personnelles : Rigueur, méthode, esprit d'équipe et bonne capacité d'analyse.
