The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) PMO pour accompagner le pilotage et la structuration d’un portefeuille de projets industriels. Vous contribuez à fiabiliser le suivi, à harmoniser les pratiques et à améliorer la performance de l’organisation projet, au service de nos clients.

Vos missions principales porteront sur :

· Pilotage et suivi : consolidation des informations projet, analyse des écarts, suivi des indicateurs et reporting.

· Structuration des outils et méthodes : amélioration des processus PMO, évolution des supports de suivi et des méthodologies.

· Accompagnement des équipes projet : support aux chefs de projet, bonnes pratiques, gestion des risques et animation des routines de pilotage.

Profil

Vous justifiez d’un niveau Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou formation universitaire) et d’une expérience de 5 à 10 ans en PMO ou en gestion de projets, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.

Vous disposez de solides bases en gestion de portefeuille, pilotage de projet et méthodes PMO. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de planification et de reporting, et vous savez produire des analyses claires et actionnables.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
