The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités aéronautiques, nous recherchons un(e) Projeteur(se) EHI / EHA pour intervenir sur des activités de conception et d’intégration des installations électriques aéronautiques.

Intégré(e) au sein d’un bureau d’études, vous participez à la définition et à l’intégration des harnais et systèmes électriques sur aéronef.

A ce titre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Réaliser la conception et l’installation 3D des harnais électriques ;
  • Définir le routage des faisceaux en tenant compte des contraintes d’intégration et d’environnement;
  • Réaliser les études EHI (Electrical Harness Installation) et contribuer aux activités EHA (Electrical Harness Architecture) ;
  • Définir les supports, fixations, passages et interfaces nécessaires à l’installation des harnais ;
  • Prendre en compte les règles de ségrégation, les rayons de courbure et les contraintes d’installation ;
  • Réaliser et mettre à jour les plans, liasses et dossiers de définition ;
  • Vérifier la cohérence entre la maquette numérique, les données électriques et les contraintes mécaniques ;
  • Participer au traitement des modifications de définition et des non-conformités ;
  • Assurer l’interface avec les équipes électricité, structure, systèmes, méthodes et production ;
  • Participer aux revues de conception et au suivi des évolutions techniques.

Profil

De formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en conception mécanique, électrotechnique, aéronautique ou conception de produits industriels, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience en bureau d’études dans le secteur aéronautique.

Vous avez une expérience ou de bonnes connaissances en installation électrique, conception de harnais, EHI/EHA ou intégration électrique aéronautique.

La maîtrise de CATIA V5 – Electrical Harness Installation / Electrical Harness Assembly est particulièrement appréciée. Une connaissance de 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA ou des environnements PLM aéronautiques constitue également un atout.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement technique multidisciplinaire.

Ce poste nécessite l'habilitation française.
