The posting

Pour accompagner le développement de l'activité systèmes de la BU Sud, nous recherchons un Référent Technique Systèmes. Point d'autorité technique sur le périmètre, il porte l'expertise d'ingénierie système et anime la compétence au sein de la BU, tout en contribuant activement à l'avant-vente. Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire (aéronautique, défense, ferroviaire, automobile) mêlant systèmes, électronique, logiciel embarqué, automatisme et mécatronique.

Missions principales :

1. Référence technique (ingénierie système)

  • Constituer le point de contact technique de référence sur le périmètre systèmes
  • Piloter les activités de spécification, architecture, intégration, vérification et validation
  • Garantir la cohérence technique transverse entre les métiers (mécanique, électrique, automatisme, embarqué)
  • Assurer le suivi technique des fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'outillage interne et d'automatisation des processus d'ingénierie

2. Animation technique

  • Diffuser les bonnes pratiques et les standards d'ingénierie système au sein de la BU
  • Animer les revues techniques
  • Structurer les méthodes et la capitalisation du retour d'expérience (REX)

3. Contribution avant-vente / BID

  • Appuyer techniquement le chiffrage et les réponses à appels d'offres
  • Réaliser les estimations de charge et le découpage en lots
  • Participer aux soutenances techniques
  • Identifier les opportunités sur le secteur systèmes et nourrir la réflexion stratégique de la BU

Profil recherché

  • Formation ingénieur (généraliste, systèmes ou équivalent)
  • 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en ingénierie système dans un secteur exigeant
  • Forte polyvalence technique : mécanique, électrique, automatisme, logiciel embarqué
  • Connaissance des référentiels normatifs pertinents appréciée (IEC 61373, EN 50155, DO-178/254, ARP4754 selon contexte)
  • Crédibilité technique reconnue par les pairs, pédagogie et goût de la transmission
  • Sensibilité commerciale et appétence pour l'avant-vente
  • Anglais professionnel

Ce qui ferait la différence

  • Pratique d'environnements automatisme (automates, supervision, IHM type TIA Portal / WinCC)
  • Pratique d'environnements embarqués (STM32, RTOS, ROS2)
  • Culture DevOps / scripting (Python, PowerShell)
  • Appétence pour les sujets capteurs / instrumentation
