The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique dans le secteur de la Défense, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Industrialisation Électronique prêt(e) à s’investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Vous serez en charge de transformer des prototypes électroniques en produits fiables, testables et industrialisables, jusqu’à leur mise en production série.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter le cycle complet d’industrialisation : prototypage, assemblage, tests et mise en production série ;
  • Définir les composants électroniques et coordonner les achats techniques et les plannings ;
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les bancs et outils de test hardware/software ;
  • Réaliser et superviser les tests manuels et automatisés sous LabVIEW et TestStand ;
  • Garantir la conformité aux normes IPC et assurer le traitement des non-conformités ;
  • Apporter un support technique sur les problématiques hardware et software ;
  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe de 4 personnes ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le bureau d’études afin de garantir l’industrialisation des équipements ;
  • Assurer la transmission du savoir-faire et la formation des équipes locales et internationales ;
  • Participer à la qualification des produits et à la certification des processus industriels.

Profil :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 / diplôme d’ingénieur en électronique et disposez d’au moins 15 ans d’expérience en industrialisation électronique.

Vous maîtrisez les différentes étapes de développement et d’industrialisation : conception électronique, assemblage, câblage, prototypage, tests et mise en production.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent notamment : Altium, LabVIEW, TestStand, ainsi que les normes IPC CID/CID+, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 et IPC-A-620.

Une expérience dans le secteur de la Défense est fortement souhaitée. Les expériences issues des secteurs aéronautique, automobile ou ferroviaire pourront également être considérées.

Vous disposez d’un bon niveau de français et d’anglais technique et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership technique, votre rigueur et votre capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes.
