The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Pièce Machine Électrique H/F capable de piloter le développement de composants électromécaniques, depuis la définition des besoins jusqu'à leur validation en garantissant la performance technique, la qualité, les coûts et les délais.

Rattaché(e) au Bureau d'Études, vous intervenez sur les systèmes de propulsion électrique et assurez la responsabilité technique de votre périmètre composants en collaboration avec les équipes études, calculs, validation, industrialisation et fournisseurs.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Définir les besoins techniques à partir des exigences projet et des spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges destinés aux concepteurs et fournisseurs.
  • Piloter les études de conception des composants de votre périmètre.
  • Garantir la cohérence technique des développements et coordonner les différents contributeurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des calculs, simulations et études nécessaires à la validation des composants.
  • Construire et piloter les plans de validation et de levée des risques.
  • Participer aux choix techniques et aux arbitrages technico-économiques.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions de fiabilité et des demandes de dérogation.
  • Participer à la sélection et à l'évaluation des fournisseurs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à la capitalisation du savoir-faire métier.
  • Identifier et proposer des solutions innovantes répondant aux enjeux de performance, qualité et coût.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 Ingénieur à dominante mécanique, électromécanique ou électromagnétique.

Vous justifiez idéalement de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le développement de composants mécaniques ou électromécaniques, idéalement dans les secteurs automobile, motorsport, aéronautique ou industrie de pointe.

Vous possédez idéalement des compétences en :

  • Développement produit et pilotage technique de composants.
  • Conception mécanique et dimensionnement.
  • Dynamique des rotors et comportement vibratoire.
  • Calculs mécaniques et simulations numériques.
  • Validation et fiabilisation produit.
  • Coordination fournisseurs et management transverse.

Des connaissances en :

  • électromagnétisme,
  • CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics),
  • machines électriques,

constituent un véritable atout.

Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d'analyse et votre leadership technique, vous savez coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires et évoluer dans des environnements à forte exigence technologique.
