The posting

Pour accompagner la structuration de nos formations internes, nous recrutons sur notre site de Blagnac un.e stagiaire en Ingénierie Pédagogique et Digital Learning pour une durée de 6 mois.

Rattaché.e à la Responsable des Ressources Humaines, votre mission consiste à transformer nos expertises métiers en parcours de formations modernes, engageants et faciles à prendre en main par nos collaborateurs.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions sont :

  • Ingénierie de contenu : structurer les modules existants (documents, présentations, notes) en parcours d'apprentissage logiques et pédagogiques, en lien avec les parties prenantes
  • Création de ressources multimédias : concevoir les supports visuels (schémas, fiches synthétiques), réaliser des vidéos courtes (screencasts, tutoriels) et créer des animations interactives.
  • Gamification et évaluation : élaborer les quiz, tests de connaissances, études de cas et exercices pratiques.
  • Intégration et recette LMS : charger les contenus sur la plateforme de formation, paramétrer les modules et tester le parcours utilisateur pour garantir zéro bug.

Profil

Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Digital Learning, Ingénierie Pédagogique, Conception Multimédia ou issu(e) d'un Master MEEF / Sciences de l'éducation.

Compétences techniques :

  • Outils d'authoring & création : Maîtrise de Genially, Canva, Articulate Storyline / Rise.
  • Création audiovisuelle : Notions solides en montage vidéo et traitement audio (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Audacity).
  • Plateformes d'apprentissage : Prise en main rapide des LMS (Moodle, 360Learning, Teachable ou équivalents).
  • Langues : Anglais requis (niveau B2 minimum) — capacité à concevoir des contenus en anglais.

Qualités personnelles :

  • Esprit de synthèse et rigueur : Capacité à analyser une grande diversité de documents pour en extraire l'essentiel,
  • Créativité pédagogique : Aptitude à rendre un sujet complexe simple et ludique à travers des supports visuels attractifs et dynamiques.
  • Autonomie et souci du détail : Exigence sur la qualité visuelle et le bon fonctionnement technique des modules.
