ECM est un bureau d’études spécialisé dans l’ingénierie et l’expertise technique, intervenant sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée pour des clients industriels.

L’entreprise mène en parallèle une démarche continue d’optimisation de ses processus internes, afin d’améliorer la productivité des équipes, la capitalisation des connaissances et la fluidité des échanges entre les différents métiers.

Dans ce contexte, ECM souhaite exploiter les technologies d’intelligence artificielle pour développer des outils internes capables d’automatiser certaines tâches à faible valeur ajoutée, d’assister les collaborateurs dans leur organisation quotidienne et de structurer les flux d’information internes.

Contexte et enjeux du stage

Ce stage s’inscrit dans une démarche d’innovation interne visant à concevoir et développer des agents IA et des workflows intelligents dédiés à l’automatisation de processus internes.

Les cas d’usage envisagés pourront inclure, par exemple :

• L’analyse automatique de comptes rendus ou de transcriptions de réunions afin d’identifier des actions (to-do), de les qualifier et de les affecter aux bons interlocuteurs

• La création d’agents capables d’orchestrer des tâches récurrentes (préparation de documents, suivi d’avancement, relances, consolidation d’informations)

• L’automatisation de processus transverses entre différents outils internes (gestion de projets, documentation, messagerie, reporting)

L’enjeu principal est de concevoir des solutions fiables, sécurisées et réellement utiles aux équipes, intégrées à l’écosystème existant de l’entreprise, tout en garantissant la confidentialité des données internes.

Objectifs techniques principaux:

•Analyser les processus internes existants et identifier des cas d’automatisation à fort impact

•Concevoir et développer des agents IA basés sur des LLM

•Mettre en place des workflows intelligents combinant IA, règles métiers et automatisation

•Développer des systèmes de traitement du langage naturel (NLP) pour l’analyse de textes, de comptes rendus ou de transcriptions audio

•Intégrer les outils développés aux systèmes internes existants (API, MCP, outils collaboratifs, bases de données)

•Mettre en œuvre des mécanismes de sécurité et de gestion des accès aux données

•Évaluer les gains de productivité et la robustesse des solutions mises en place

•Proposer des axes d’amélioration et d’industrialisation des outils développéses réponses produites
