The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet dans le secteur de la défense et des véhicules industriels, nous recherchons un Support Material Flow Manager Export confirmé pour piloter les activités Supply Chain liées aux contrats de fourniture et de soutien.

Vous garantissez la disponibilité des pièces et le respect des engagements contractuels en matière de Qualité, Coûts et Délais (QCD).

Vos missions

Pilotage Supply Chain :

· Planifier et coordonner les flux de votre périmètre : pièces de rechange, outillages et approvisionnements initiaux.

· Contrôler le paramétrage des articles dans l’ERP et coordonner les actions avec les équipes techniques, achats et approvisionnement.

· Optimiser les niveaux de stocks et les coûts d’approvisionnement.

· Anticiper les risques de rupture et d’obsolescence afin de garantir la continuité des livraisons.

Performance & amélioration continue :

· Définir et suivre les KPI Supply Chain : taux de service, stocks, délais et pénalités.

· Identifier les écarts et piloter les plans d’actions associés.

· Analyser les données, identifier les tendances et optimiser les processus.

Gestion client & contractuelle :

· Analyser les exigences contractuelles et les décliner auprès des métiers contributeurs.

· Assurer l’interface avec le client : prévisions, avancement, urgences, réception, facturation et pénalités.

· Produire les reportings contractuels et participer aux instances de suivi.

Pilotage financier :

· Élaborer les prévisions de ventes pour le plan de charge industriel et le budget.

· Formaliser les atterrissages financiers en chiffre d’affaires.

· Accompagner le chef de projet dans le suivi opérationnel et financier.

· Suivre les facturations avec les équipes Finance.

Profil

Diplômé d’un Bac+5 en Supply Chain, logistique ou formation équivalente, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en Supply Chain, idéalement dans un environnement industriel complexe.

Vous maîtrisez :

· Les flux Supply Chain, approvisionnements et gestion des stocks

· Un ERP et le Pack Office, notamment Excel

· Le pilotage de KPI et de plans d’actions transverses

· Les Incoterms et les problématiques liées à l’Export

· Le contrôle Export et les contraintes financières associées

· L’anglais professionnel

Organisé, rigoureux et orienté résultats, vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et savez piloter des sujets en transversal. Votre capacité à communiquer, convaincre et prendre des décisions vous permet d’évoluer dans un environnement complexe.

Informations complémentaires :

· Démarrage : Octobre 2026

· Déplacements : environ 1 fois par mois sur le site de Garchizy

· Permis B obligatoire

· Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
