Notre agence de Mérignac est à la recherche de ses futurs collaborateurs.

Intégré(e) aux équipes Manufacturing Engineering d’ECM, vous interviendrez directement sur le site client ou en plateau en agence et vos missions seront les suivantes :

Effectuer un support des activités atelier:

· Analyser les faits techniques

o Défauts de réalisation internes ou externes

o Incidents ayant eu un impact sur le produit

· Décrire ces faits techniques (Rapport de non-conformité)

· Les remonter vers les bureaux d’études pour acceptation en l’état ou génération de retouches

· Initialiser et gérer les dérogations après avis du BE

· Rédiger les demandes de modification ou de création d’outillages

· Gérer les retours fournisseurs si nécessaire

· Assurer le lien avec les services logistiques

· Gérer les demandes d’amélioration proposées par l’atelier

. Proposer des améliorations de process et/ou de procédés

. Rédiger les fiches d’instruction de rattrapage des faits techniques

. Participer aux revues quotidiennes ou hebomadaires issues du Lean Manufacturing (fash 5 ou 30)

Les outils utilisés sont les suivants : Bureautique, CATIA V5/V6, 3DX, VPM, PLMV6,SAP

Profil

Issue d'une formation Bac+2/3 mécanique, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en support de production mécanique automobile, ferroviaire ou idéalement acquise dans le secteur aéronautique, et vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement techniquement développé.

Vous êtes:

· Rigoureux-se,

· Organisé-e

· Autonome, Responsable et vous êtes capable à travailler au sein d’une équipe

· Volontaire et motivé-e à l'idée d’être en contact au quotidien du produit et de travailler en harmonie avec des personnels de bureaux d’études, de la qualité, de logistique et de production.

· Capable d'aborder des tâches quotidiennement variées, de faire preuve de polyvalence et de vous adapter, à des évènements non planifiés ou à des changements de process, pour réaliser votre mission.

Votre expérience vous a permis :

· D'acquérir des compétences en support à la fabrication d'ensembles ou sous-ensembles mécaniques.

· D'utiliser le logiciel de conception 3D CATIA (V5 à minima)

  • De modifier des gammes de fabrication et des nomenclatures d’assemblage
  • De rédiger de la documentation destinée à la production
  • De connaître les problématiques d’enchainement d’opérations sur une chaîne d'assemblage
  • D'analyser des définitions pour proposer des solutions aux faits techniques à traiter.
