Vous interviendrez pour le compte d'un grand client industriel français, leader mondial dans la conception de systèmes de confinement à membrane pour le transport et le stockage du Gaz Naturel Liquéfié (GNL). En collaboration directe avec les plus grands chantiers navals et armateurs mondiaux, notre client investit fortement en R&D pour concevoir des technologies à haute performance énergétique et réduire l'empreinte environnementale.

Intégration & Organisation :

  • Rattachement : Vous intégrerez la Direction de l'Innovation, au sein du Département Design Validation.
  • Binôme de travail : Vous travaillerez en synergie directe avec un Ingénieur Essais, formant un duo technique fort pour mener à bien les campagnes de test.
  • Environnement & Interactions : Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble des laboratoires du site et collaborerez de façon transversale avec les équipes Matériaux, R&D, Homologation et Validation.
  • Modalités sur site : Compte tenu de la manipulation directe des bancs d'essais physiques et d'équipements de pointe, la mission s'effectue à 100 % en présentiel (5 jours/semaine) sur site dans les Yvelines (78) pour une durée de 2 ans.

Vos Missions & Responsabilités :

Au cœur des projets de développement et de validation de nouveaux produits :

  • Réaliser des campagnes d'essais thermomécaniques complexes : Essais statiques, de fatigue et occasionnellement dynamiques/thermiques.
  • Déployer des moyens d'instrumentation avancés : Pose/câblage de jauges extensométriques (avec compensation thermique) et mise en œuvre de la stéréocorrélation d’images 3D (DIC).
  • Piloter les moyens d'essais : Exploitation des bancs servohydrauliques MTS et des machines universelles Zwick / ZwickRoell.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables : Rapports d'essais : Synthèse complète des équipements, méthodes, résultats détaillés et conclusions (soumis à validation de l'Ingénieur Essais). Protocoles & Méthodes : Rédaction de procédures opératoires pas à pas permettant la répétabilité exacte des tests par d'autres techniciens.

Profil Recherché :

  • Formation : BAC+2 / BAC+3 (DUT/BUT, BTS ou Licence Pro en Mesures Physiques, Génie Mécanique, Matériaux).
  • Expérience : 8 à 10 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires en laboratoire d'essais mécaniques.

Compétences techniques requises :

  • RDM & Essais mécaniques : Expertise en résistance des matériaux et caractérisation mécanique (essais de fatigue MEP).
  • Bancs d'essais & Instrumentation : Maîtrise éprouvée des machines MTS, ZwickRoell, ainsi que des jauges de déformation et de la stéréocorrélation d'images.
  • Informatique & Langues : Maîtrise avancée de la Suite Office et niveau d'anglais technique intermédiaire.
