The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet dans le secteur automobile, nous recherchons un Technicien Essais Véhicule prêt à s’investir dans une aventure technique complète au sein d’un service Essais Powertrain et Véhicule.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Préparer et réaliser les essais sur bancs, pistes et en laboratoires externes.
  • Alimenter et suivre le programme d’essais conformément au plan de validation défini par l’Ingénieur Validation & Essais.
  • Vérifier la définition technique et la conformité des supports d’essais.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants pendant les séances afin de garantir le bon déroulement du programme d’essais.
  • Réaliser, si nécessaire, l’instrumentation des organes : collage de jauges, installation d’accéléromètres et mise en place des systèmes de mesure.
  • Intervenir sur les architectures électriques et électroniques, ainsi que mécaniquement ou électriquement sur les organes et les moyens d’essais.
  • Assurer le suivi kilométrique des pièces testées.
  • Contrôler la validité des mesures, consigner les résultats et rédiger les comptes rendus d’essais.
  • Identifier et remonter les incidents rencontrés, puis contribuer à leur résolution en collaboration avec le bureau d’études.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac+2 à Bac+3 en mesures physiques, mécanique, mécatronique, maintenance automobile ou dans un domaine technique équivalent.

Vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans la réalisation et le suivi d’essais automobiles, idéalement sur bancs d’essais, pistes ou en laboratoires externes.

Vous maîtrisez les systèmes de mesure, l’instrumentation et l’acquisition de données. Vous êtes à l’aise avec la lecture de documentations techniques et possédez de solides compétences en mécanique, électricité, électronique et mécatronique.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent notamment les logiciels d’acquisition de données ATLAS et WinTax, ou des outils équivalents.

Autonome, réactif et rigoureux, vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’équipe et d’un réel sens de l’efficacité.
