Vous cherchez un métier de préparateur/trice méthodes en aéronautique ?

Notre agence de Mérignac pour Marignane et Toulouse, est à la recherche de ses futurs collaborateurs.

Intégré(e) aux équipes Manufacturing Engineering d’ECM, vous interviendrez directement sur le site client ou en plateau en agence et vos missions seront les suivantes :

Vos missions principales

Industrialisation des définitions produit

  • Analyser les définitions 3D en vue de leur industrialisation (complétude, fabricabilité, conformité)
  • Identifier les écarts ou anomalies de définition et collaborer avec les Bureaux d’Études pour leur résolution
  • Structurer les données de production selon les logiques d’assemblage et de montage
  • Élaborer les livrables industriels : nomenclatures de fabrication, gammes d’assemblage, Spécifications Techniques de Livraison (STL)
  • Rédiger les instructions de travail, fiches d’assemblage et procès-verbaux associés
  • Définir et suivre les besoins en outillages de fabrication
  • Participer aux revues et validations d’industrialisation
  • Industrialiser les pièces de rechange

Industrialisation des évolutions

  • Prendre en compte les évolutions de définition liées à la gestion de configuration programme
  • Mettre à jour les données industrielles en garantissant la continuité et la conformité des processus de production

Environnement technique

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement digitalisé et collaboratif, utilisant notamment :

  • CATIA V5 / V6
  • 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX, VPM, PLM V6)
  • Outils bureautiques

Profil

Profil souhaité:

Issue d'une formation Bac+2/3 mécanique, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en méthodes, idéalement acquise dans le secteur aéronautique, et vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement techniquement développé.

Vous êtes:

  • Rigoureux-se,
  • Organisé-e
  • Autonome, Responsable et vous êtes capable à travailler au sein d’une équipe
  • Volontaire et motivé-e à l'idée de travailler en harmonie avec des personnels de bureaux d’études, de la qualité et d‘atelier.
  • Capable d'aborder des tâches variées, de faire preuve de polyvalence et de vous adapter à des changements de process ou de données d’entrée pour réaliser votre mission.

Votre expérience vous a permis :

  • D'acquérir des compétences en industrialisation et fabrication d'ensembles ou sous-ensembles mécaniques.
  • D'utiliser le logiciel de conception 3D CATIA (V5 à minima)
  • De rédiger des gammes de fabrication et d’assemblage
  • De créer des nomenclatures d’assemblage
  • De rédiger de la documentation destinée à la production
  • De connaître les problématiques d’enchainement d’opérations sur une chaîne d'assemblage
  • D'avoir un regard critique sur la définition (données d’entrées nécessaires) pour anticipation de futurs problèmes en production.
