The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien Méthodes Industrialisation H/F capable de préparer et d'industrialiser les données techniques nécessaires à la fabrication et à l'assemblage d'ensembles et sous-ensembles mécaniques.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes Méthodes, vous intervenez à l'interface entre le Bureau d'Études, la Qualité et la Production afin de garantir la fabricabilité des produits et de mettre à disposition des équipes d'atelier une documentation claire et conforme aux exigences industrielles.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Analyser les définitions 3D et vérifier leur complétude et leur fabricabilité.
  • Identifier les anomalies de définition et assurer leur traitement avec le Bureau d'Études.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les nomenclatures de production et gammes d'assemblage.
  • Rédiger les fiches d'instruction, documents de montage et spécifications techniques nécessaires à la production.
  • Définir les besoins en outillages nécessaires à la fabrication et à l'assemblage.
  • Participer à la validation de l'industrialisation et accompagner les équipes de production.
  • Industrialiser les modifications techniques liées à la gestion de configuration et aux pièces de rechange.

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+2 à Bac+3 en mécanique, conception de produits industriels, industrialisation ou méthodes.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 7 ans minimum en méthodes ou industrialisation, idéalement acquise dans le secteur aéronautique ou dans un environnement industriel à fortes exigences techniques.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement :

  • L'industrialisation et la fabrication d'ensembles ou sous-ensembles mécaniques.
  • La création de gammes de fabrication, gammes d'assemblage et nomenclatures.
  • La lecture et l'analyse de définitions techniques 2D/3D.
  • CATIA V5 à minima, une connaissance de CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE, VPM ou PLM V6 constituant un véritable atout.
  • La rédaction de documentation technique destinée à la production.

Vous disposez d'une bonne compréhension des contraintes d'une chaîne d'assemblage et êtes capable d'identifier en amont les problématiques susceptibles d'impacter la production.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e), vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez collaborer efficacement avec les équipes Bureau d'Études, Qualité et Production. Votre polyvalence et votre capacité d'adaptation vous permettent d'évoluer dans un environnement industriel exigeant.

Compte tenu de la nature des activités, le poste nécessite de pouvoir obtenir une habilitation liée à l'environnement Défense.
