The posting

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'affaires, vous interviendrez sur l'analyse du parc machines de production (machines à commande numérique, tours d'usinage, traitements thermiques et chimiques, etc.), au sein d'une équipe dédiée aux méthodes, à l'acquisition de moyens industriels et à l'industrialisation.

Vos missions :

  • Faire évoluer les pratiques de maintenance en identifiant les axes d'amélioration sur les process, les outils et les méthodes
  • Construire et piloter les gammes de maintenance, ainsi que les procédures de diagnostic, de réparation et de remise en service (vidange, graissage, maintenance préventive, gestion des fluides de coupe et de refroidissement…)
  • Diagnostiquer les défaillances et les points de vigilance sur les machines-outils, notamment via des méthodes de type AMDEC
  • Contribuer à la construction de la matrice de criticité des moyens industriels
  • Mettre en place les indicateurs de performance permettant de suivre l'activité maintenance

Profil recherché :

  • Technicien(ne) de maintenance industrielle depuis au moins 5 ans, avec une expérience en maintenance de niveau 2 et 3
  • Une première expérience en méthodes de maintenance est un plus
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer vers un poste orienté méthodes
  • Bonne compréhension des processus industriels et capacité d'adaptation aux nouvelles technologies
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe et goût pour la communication transverse entre services
