The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet d'envergure de transfert industriel et d'optimisation de nos procédés de fabrication, nous recherchons un Chargé d’industrialisation soudage et peinture prêt à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Reprendre une investigation en cours sur le transfert industriel d’installations de soudure, traitement de surface et poudrage : Adopter une approche orientée business en analysant les ruptures dans les organisations et les moyens. Option « Faire » : Optimiser les flux physiques, définir les installations neuves et estimer l'ensemble des futurs coûts de production (matières, énergies, main-d'œuvre, maintenance). Option « Acheter » : En lien avec les services achats, apporter tout le support usine nécessaire à l'externalisation (transmission des données techniques aux fournisseurs, compilation des coûts futurs d'achats et de logistique, préparation et définition des étapes de transfert).
  • Piloter des investigations process peinture pour améliorer la performance de l'atelier : Évaluer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles technologies, la robotisation, l'optimisation de l'organisation de production et l'internalisation de nouvelles activités.
  • Garantir le suivi et la coordination technique du projet : Assurer la transition fluide entre les phases d'études, de transfert et de mise en production opérationnelle tout en respectant les objectifs de coût, qualité et délais.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d'un bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieurs (génie industriel, mécanique, matériaux/procédés) ou de formation universitaire équivalente. Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de l'industrialisation, des procédés de peinture/traitement de surface ou du transfert d'activités industrielles.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases des procédés d'assemblage (soudure) et de traitement de surface/poudrage, ainsi que de la gestion de projets industriels (« Make or Buy »).

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils suivants : méthodes d'optimisation des flux (Lean Manufacturing, VSM), chiffrage/estimation des coûts de revient (CAPEX/OPEX), outillages de gestion de projet et maîtrise des process peinture/robotisation.
