The posting

Dans le cadre du projet européen, visant au développement d'un véhicule innovant pour le secteur de la défense, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Études Senior / Expert prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure technique et humaine à fort enjeu stratégique.

Véritable chef d'orchestre du projet, vous interviendrez durant la phase finale du programme afin de coordonner les activités techniques, piloter les essais nationaux et internationaux, garantir la tenue des engagements contractuels et représenter le projet auprès des différents partenaires du consortium européen.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Piloter l'avancement global du projet en assurant le respect des objectifs, du planning, des jalons, du budget et des livrables associés.
  • Coordonner et animer les équipes pluridisciplinaires (cabine, châssis, électrotechnique, robotique, électricité, essais et atelier) afin de garantir la bonne exécution des activités.
  • Préparer, organiser et superviser les campagnes d'essais nationales et internationales, assurer le reporting auprès de la direction du programme et des organismes institutionnels, et représenter le projet auprès des partenaires externes.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 d'une école d'ingénieurs ou d'une formation universitaire équivalente.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de 15 ans minimum dans la gestion de projets industriels complexes, idéalement dans les secteurs de la défense, de l'automobile, de l'aéronautique ou des systèmes embarqués.

Vous possédez de solides connaissances en :

  • Gestion de projet et pilotage de programmes complexes.
  • Suivi budgétaire et gestion des risques.
  • Coordination d'équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Organisation et pilotage d'essais techniques.
  • Reporting et gestion de livrables clients.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils et méthodes suivants :

  • Planification et suivi de projet.
  • Gestion des risques et des coûts.
  • Reporting de programme.
  • Conduite de réunions et animation d'équipes.
  • Anglais courant indispensable pour les échanges internationaux.

Une expérience dans un environnement Défense, ainsi qu'une connaissance des procédures d'Export Control ou des échanges avec la DGA, seront particulièrement appréciées.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre rigueur, votre diplomatie et votre capacité à fédérer des équipes dans un contexte multiculturel exigeant.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
