The posting

Dans le cadre des activités de R&D et de prototypage de véhicules spéciaux, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur Électricien Prototypiste prêt(e) à s'investir dans une aventure technique complète.

Rattaché(e) aux équipes Atelier et Développement, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié pour la préparation, la coordination et le suivi des travaux électriques réalisés sur les prototypes. Vous évoluerez au sein d'un environnement exigeant, mêlant innovation, essais véhicules et développement de solutions techniques de pointe.

Dans ce cadre, voici vos missions principales :

  • Analyser les demandes de travaux atelier, anticiper les besoins et préparer les interventions (ressources, moyens techniques, approvisionnements, réservations de pistes, etc.).
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents acteurs du projet (bureau d'études, chefs de projet, atelier, qualité, essais) et accompagner les techniciens électriciens dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
  • Participer aux études de maquettage, aux réunions projets, à la rédaction des livrables techniques, au suivi des non-conformités et à l'amélioration continue de votre zone d'activité selon les standards 5S.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+2 à Bac+5 en électricité, électrotechnique, maintenance des systèmes, mécatronique ou équivalent.

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 10 ans minimum dans le domaine de l'électricité automobile, poids lourds ou véhicules spéciaux, avec une forte dimension terrain et coordination technique.

Vous avez la connaissance des bases de :

  • L'électricité automobile.
  • L'architecture électrique véhicule.
  • La lecture de schémas électriques et synoptiques.
  • La technologie des réseaux CAN.
  • Le câblage, le sertissage et les connectiques.

Vos compétences techniques comprennent les outils et savoir-faire suivants :

  • Diagnostic et interventions électriques sur véhicules.
  • Analyse de schémas électriques.
  • Réseaux multiplexés CAN.
  • Câblage et intégration de systèmes électriques.
  • Rédaction de documents techniques et de comptes-rendus d'intervention.
  • Suivi des non-conformités et amélioration continue.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre dynamisme, votre rigueur, votre autonomie et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes. Votre esprit d'analyse, votre curiosité et votre sens de la communication vous permettent d'évoluer efficacement dans un environnement projet exigeant.
