The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de Configuration H/F pour intervenir auprès de l’un de nos clients majeurs du secteur aéronautique à Toulouse.

Votre environnement de travail

Vous intégrerez une équipe opérationnelle intervenant sur un projet aéronautique d’envergure, spécialisée dans la gestion de configuration. Sous la responsabilité du chef de projet, vous contribuerez au maintien et à l’amélioration des processus de gestion de configuration, en lien avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs.

Vos missions

Votre mission principale consistera à assurer le support au maintien des processus de gestion de configuration et à veiller à leur bonne application.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs concernant le respect des exigences de gestion de configuration, notamment au travers d’audits et du suivi des actions associées.
  • Suivre et analyser la performance des processus de gestion de configuration à l’aide d’indicateurs clés (KPI).
  • Piloter les évolutions PM&T en adéquation avec les besoins opérationnels.
  • Animer et participer à des projets transverses liés au métier du contrôle de configuration.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des pratiques de gestion de configuration.
  • Assurer la coordination des différents interlocuteurs et le reporting des activités.

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum en gestion de projet, Business Process Management ou gestion de configuration, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou aéronautique.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances en gestion de configuration, notamment dans les domaines Product Structure, Change Control ou Conformité & Attestation.
  • Vous maîtrisez les principes de fonctionnement des systèmes d’information PLM, tels que Windchill, SAP ou des outils équivalents.
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences en coordination multi-activités, pilotage de la performance, suivi des KPI et reporting.
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez gérer les échanges avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Vous faites preuve de proactivité, de rigueur et de leadership.
  • Vous maîtrisez couramment l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
