The posting

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Environnement Industriel à Toulouse.

Vous intégrerez un environnement dynamique et contribuerez activement aux initiatives de conformité environnementale et de développement durable au sein d'opérations industrielles d'envergure.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales sont :

  • Pilotage de projets : Conduire et coordonner les projets de conformité et d'amélioration environnementale.
  • Conformité réglementaire : Veiller au respect des réglementations et normes environnementales en vigueur sur le site de production.
  • Expertise technique : Apporter votre savoir-faire spécifique sur les procédés de traitement de surface des métaux et leurs exigences environnementales associées.
  • Normes et anticipation : Soutenir la mise en œuvre et l'interprétation des règles et lignes directrices du BREF 2027.
  • Gestion des risques : Conduire des évaluations des risques environnementaux et identifier les potentiels écarts de conformité.
  • Collaboration transverse : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, d'ingénierie, EHS (Environnement, Hygiène, Sécurité) et les parties prenantes réglementaires.
  • Gouvernance et audits : Préparer les rapports de gouvernance environnementale et accompagner les audits et inspections réglementaires.

Profil

  • Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie environnemental, génie chimique, génie industriel ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Solide expérience en environnement industriel / manufacturier, avec une maîtrise avérée des réglementations applicables.
  • Compétence clé : Expérience indispensable sur les procédés de traitement de surface des métaux.
  • Connaissances : Familiarité avec les exigences du BREF 2027 et les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
  • Langue : Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais (oral et écrit), indispensable pour évoluer dans ce contexte international.
  • Compétences personnelles : Excellentes capacités en gestion de projet, esprit analytique prononcé et fortes aptitudes à fédérer les parties prenantes.
  • Apprécié : Une expérience préalable dans l'industrie aéronautique ou au sein de sites de production à grande échelle serait un plus très apprécié.
