The posting

Dans le cadre d’un programme de support client dans le secteur aéronautique, nous recherchons un(e) Program Support afin d’accompagner le Chef de Programme dans le pilotage et le suivi des activités.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement aéronautique exigeant, en interface avec le client, les fournisseurs et les différents services internes.

Votre rôle sera transverse et vous interviendrez notamment sur le suivi du programme, la qualité de service, le suivi des activités fournisseurs, la gestion des données et l’amélioration des outils de pilotage.

Vos missions

En support du Chef de Programme, vous intervenez sur :

  • La préparation des revues de programme et le suivi des indicateurs (heures de vol, QDS, transports).
  • Le suivi qualité et l’interface avec le client, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
  • Le suivi des demandes d’interchangeabilité, expertises techniques et non-conformités (CNC).
  • La gestion et la fiabilisation des données et documents du programme.
  • La mise à jour et l’amélioration des outils de suivi et de reporting.
  • Le développement de macros et moulinettes Excel pour automatiser le traitement des données.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en support projet / programme, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique.

  • Expérience en PMO, qualité programme/fournisseur, contract management ou data management.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement aéronautique et de la maintenance avion/équipements.
  • Maîtrise du suivi d’indicateurs et des KPI.
  • Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux de suivi, macros, automatisation), ainsi que Word et PowerPoint.
  • Anglais professionnel opérationnel.
  • Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

Qualités personnelles

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel, votre esprit d’équipe, votre rigueur et votre organisation. Vous êtes à l’aise dans la coordination avec des interlocuteurs variés et savez faire preuve d’autonomie, de proactivité et de capacité à challenger.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation défense.
