The posting

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Du kommissionierst Aufträge anhand der Auftragsdaten im ERP-System und stellst die Waren vollständig für den Versand und die Produktion bereit.
  • Du verpackst die kommissionierten Geräte und Waren versandfertig und führst die abschließende Qualitäts- und Vollständigkeitskontrolle durch.
  • Du bereitest nationale und internationale Sendungen vor und erstellst bzw. prüfst die erforderlichen Versandunterlagen, zum Beispiel Lieferscheine, Packlisten und Frachtbriefe.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge korrekt, vollständig dokumentiert und termingerecht versendet werden.
  • Du nimmst Waren und Geräte entgegen, prüfst sie und sorgst für ihre zuverlässige Zuordnung und Weitergabe bzw. Einlagerung.
  • Als Ansprechperson für Lager- und Versandangelegenheiten stimmst Du Dich eng mit Vertrieb, Lager und Service ab.
  • Du kontrollierst regelmäßig die Bestände an Kartonagen und weiterem Verpackungsmaterial, hältst den Bedarf im Blick und stellst benötigtes Material aus unserem Außenlager bereit. Kommissionierung, Bestandsbewegungen und Versand dokumentierst Du im ERP-System.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine logistische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen – zum Beispiel als Fachlagerist (m/w/d), im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung im Lager, in der Kommissionierung oder im Versand mit. Erfahrung in mehreren dieser Bereiche ist ein Plus.
  • Idealerweise kennst Du Versandunterlagen wie Lieferscheine, Packlisten und Frachtbriefe oder bist bereit, Dich darin einzuarbeiten.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit einem ERP-System ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und sorgfältig – sowohl bei der Kommissionierung als auch bei der Versandvorbereitung.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen internen Schnittstellen zusammen.
