Binnen Econocom geloven we dat groei begint bij de juiste mensen. Daarom zoeken wij een Corporate Sourcer die continu op zoek is naar nieuw talent en kansen op de arbeidsmarkt.

Jij wacht niet tot kandidaten reageren op een vacature. Jij weet waar talent zich bevindt, bouwt relaties op en maakt potentiële kandidaten enthousiast voor een carrière binnen Econocom.

Je richt je voornamelijk op het vinden van commerciële professionals, IT-specialisten, technische consultants, projectmanagers en andere schaarse profielen die bijdragen aan de verdere groei van onze Nederlandse organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief identificeren, benaderen en enthousiasmeren van potentiële kandidaten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van talentpools voor commerciële en technische functies.
  • Uitvoeren van searches via LinkedIn Recruiter, jobboards, social media en overige sourcingkanalen.
  • Voeren van eerste kennismakingsgesprekken met potentiële kandidaten.
  • Adviseren van hiring managers over talentmarkten en beschikbaarheid van profielen.
  • Ontwikkelen van creatieve sourcingstrategieën voor moeilijk invulbare vacatures.
  • Opbouwen van een toekomstgerichte talent community voor Econocom.
  • Meedenken over employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met scholen, opleiders, vakverenigingen en netwerkorganisaties.
  • Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en salarisontwikkelingen binnen relevante doelgroepen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ervaring binnen sourcing, recruitment of arbeidsbemiddeling.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en andere relevante tools.
  • Affiniteit met commerciële, technische en IT-gerelateerde functies.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een nieuwsgierige en ondernemende instelling.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen en creativiteit in het vinden van kandidaten.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
