Unsere Kundenbeziehungen stehen im Mittelpunkt unseres Wachstums. Als (Associate) Customer Success Manager gehst du über klassisches CS hinaus – du treibst unser Ergebnis durch Upsells, Vertragsverlängerungen und enge Kundenpartnerschaften voran. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden mit ecoplanet erfolgreich sind, sich gut betreut fühlen und gemeinsam mit uns wachsen. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zum ARR-Wachstum und zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei und legt damit den Grundstein für langfristigen Erfolg.

Was Du Bei Uns Erreichen Wirst

Innerhalb deiner ersten 6–12 Monate wirst du:

  • Betriebsergebnis vorantreiben, indem du Upsell- und Verlängerungsmöglichkeiten identifizierst und abschließt – in Abstimmung mit den Sales- und Product-Teams, um passende Lösungen zu liefern und direkt zum ARR-Wachstum beizutragen.
  • Außergewöhnliche Kundenerlebnisse schaffen, indem du Onboarding-Prozesse leitest und Support-Anfragen innerhalb der vereinbarten SLAs löst.
  • Persönliche Beziehungen aktiv gestalten, indem du Vor-Ort-Besuche bei 100 % der Schlüsselkunden mindestens einmal pro Quartal planst und durchführst – um starke Beziehungen und klare Feedback-Schleifen sicherzustellen.
  • Die Kundenzufriedenheit kontinuierlich steigern, indem du vierteljährliche NPS-Umfragen durchführst, mit Detractors und Passives nachfässt und Feedback in konkrete Verbesserungen umsetzt.

Bring Deine Stärken Ein

Must Have:

  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in Customer Success, Account Management oder Kundenbetreuung
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Upselling oder Expansion Revenue
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise – du denkst in Mehrwert, nicht nur in Support
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (C2-Niveau in Deutsch, C1 in Englisch)
  • Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement, Priorisierung und Umgang mit Stakeholdern

Starkes Plus / Sehr relevant:

  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung digitaler Energietools
  • Erste Erfahrung auf dem Energiemarkt
  • Erfahrung in einem Early-Stage- oder wachstumsstarken Startup
  • Entwickle AI-Workflows um effizienter am Kunden arbeiten zu können
