Unser Wachstum hängt von einer hochwertigen Pipeline qualifizierter Leads ab. Als SDR bist du die erste Ansprechperson für zukünftige ecoplanet-Kunden und öffnest die Tür zu echter Transformation für europäische Unternehmen. Deine Arbeit beschleunigt direkt unser ARR-Wachstum und gestaltet die Zukunft des Energiemanagements.

Was du erreichen wirst Deine Aufgaben in den ersten 6–12 Monaten:

  • Erste Ansprechperson für Interessenten sein und Begeisterung für das Angebot von ecoplanet wecken
  • Die richtigen Chancen identifizieren und Unternehmen vorqualifizieren, bevor du sie zu einer Demo einlädst
  • Verantwortung übernehmen bei der Weiterentwicklung von Sales-Scripts und Vorlagen, um relevante Kundengespräche sicherzustellen
  • Erstklassige CRM-Pflege, Datenintegrität und vollständige AE-Übergaben gewährleisten

Was dich erfolgreich macht

  • Unermüdlicher Antrieb, Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
  • Fähigkeit, mit Ablehnung umzugehen und aus „Nein" ein „Ja" zu machen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau erforderlich und gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich)
  • Wohlfühlen mit Unklarheit und schnellem Wandel – Startups sind dein Ding
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) von Vorteil

  • SDR Track: Junior SDR → SDR → Senior SDR
  • Danach: Wechsel in Account Executive (AE)- oder SDR-Lead-Rollen – wähle deinen Weg
  • Alternativ: Möglicher Wechsel in andere Commercial-Rollen nach 4+ Quartalen als SDR
