Objetivo General

El analista de prevención de fraudes tiene la capacidad de identificar riesgo transaccional mediante el análisis del alertamiento para frenar el impacto en pérdida por fraude. Conoce y aplica la estrategia implementada para todas las líneas de negocio, tiene la capacidad de combinar formación técnica y analítica con habilidades de comunicación y enfoque preventivo para informar eficazmente nuevos patrones de fraude, es responsable de informar el motivo por el cual se generó el bloqueo de una tarjeta cuando las áreas de atención lo soliciten, mantiene comunicación constante con áreas internas para resolución de conflictos.

Las principales responsabilidades engloban:

· Monitoreo transaccional y determinación de patrones de fraude

· Realizar análisis transaccional de alta calidad, identificando en tiempo y forma nuevas tendencias de riesgo.

· Generación y aplicación de controles preventivos y reactivos para mitigación del fraude.

· Generar análisis profundo de las transacciones reportadas por los usuarios como cargos no reconocidos en las tres líneas de negocio para determinar si dichos cargos corresponden a fraude y gestionar la autorización para generar la devolución.

· Aplicación de medidas preventivas (bloqueo de comercios, tarjetas, usuarios app)

· Generación y resguardo de bases de datos de control de las medidas aplicadas.

· Identifica áreas de oportunidad en los datos administrados.

El perfil necesario para el rol es:

  • 3+ años de experiencia en áreas de prevención de fraude.
  • Familiaridad con indicadores de riesgo transaccional, alertas automatizadas y criterios para escalamiento.
  • Habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad comprobada para resolver problemas de manera creativa.
  • Disponibilidad para rolar horarios y días de descanso

Competencias específicas requeridas para el puesto

· Licenciatura en áreas Económico Administrativas (trunca, terminada o pasante) o necesario certificado de Bachillerato.

Manejo de sistemas especializados para la detección y monitoreo de transacciones.

· Manejo de conceptos relacionados a la transaccionalidad de tarjetas.

· Nivel Intermedio de Microsoft office.

· Nivel básico en idioma inglés (Deseado)

· Conocimiento en esquema Emisor.
