📣 Nous recherchons en CDI notre Directeur Régional Fidélisation H/F pour accompagner notre croissance !

Au sein de la Direction Commerciale France, vous serez directement rattaché à notre Directeur Des Ventes Fidélisation sur le Marché Middle-Market. Vous encadrez une équipe de 6 Account Managers

Votre impact :

Vous êtes responsable de l’activité et garant des résultats sur les principaux indicateurs de performance : Rétention des clients, stratégie relationnelle C-Level, volume d’affaires et activité commerciale. Le poste s’inscrit dans une logique de pilotage commercial, d’accompagnement des équipes et d’analyse de la performance.

Localisation souhaitée : Montrouge

Vos missions :

60 % Management Commercial :

  • Manager, accompagner et faire monter en compétences votre équipe d'Account Managers , dans une posture de manager-coach orientée développement des talents et performance.

40 % Management Analytique :

  • Analyser les performances et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs, en assurant un suivi régulier des résultats et de l’activité commerciale.

Vos expériences et compétences qui feront votre succès :

Vous justifiez d’une expérience commerciale et managériales en BtoB réussie et sur des enjeux importants. Cela vous permettra d’être rapidement opérationnel et autonome sur ce poste.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de ventes. Une connaissance en RH et/ou en digitalisation seront des plus.

Leader enthousiaste, vous animez et permettez à l’équipe de surperformer.
