📣Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, nous recherchons notre futur alternant Chargé de Communication RH (H/F) à Montrouge (92) pour rejoindre l'équipe de Carine, Directrice Marque Employeur & Communication interne.

Véritable ambassadeur de notre marque employeur, vous donnez vie à nos histoires, valorisez nos talents et créez du lien entre tous nos collaborateurs. De la création de contenus engageants à l'animation d'événements fédérateurs, vous contribuez activement à faire rayonner Edenred France en interne comme en externe.

Vos missions

· Création de contenus : Concevoir et rédiger des contenus impactants pour nos canaux internes (écrans, réseau social d'entreprise) et externes (LinkedIn) : portraits inspirants de collaborateurs, success stories, actualités RH...

· Production vidéo : Réaliser des vidéos dynamiques pour nos supports internes grâce à des outils de montage intuitifs

· Transformation digitale : Contribuer à la migration et à la structuration de notre nouveau réseau social interne pour en faire un espace collaboratif moderne et engageant.

· Organisation d'événements : Co-organiser nos temps forts internes : conventions, cérémonies d'ancienneté, afterworks alumni, goûter de Noël, summer drinks et autres moments de convivialité qui renforcent notre culture d'entreprise.

  • ... liste non exhaustive, mais vous l'aurez compris, nos alternants sont au cœur de l'équipe, responsabilisés, formés, coachés, et sollicités pour accompagner notre croissance ! Plusieurs d'entre eux sont embauchés en CDI.

Vos expériences et compétences qui feront votre succès

Vous préparez un Master (Bac+4/5) en Ressources Humaines, Communication, Marketing ou équivalent. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'écrit avec une orthographe irréprochable et une capacité de synthèse remarquable. Vous connaissez les codes des réseaux sociaux et savez créer du contenu photo et vidéo. Une expérience sur une plateforme collaborative ou des notions d'anglais seraient un vrai plus !
