PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Licitações e Pós-Contratos, promovendo uma atuação colaborativa, eficiente e orientada para resultados.
  • Coordenar as atividades relacionadas aos contratos públicos de mobilidade em todas as etapas do ciclo contratual, desde a análise de oportunidades até a execução e acompanhamento dos contratos.
  • Apoiar a identificação, análise e estratégia de participação em licitações, avaliando requisitos, riscos e oportunidades.
  • Garantir a regularidade documental e habilitatória da companhia perante órgãos e entidades públicas.
  • Supervisionar a preparação e submissão de documentação para certames licitatórios.
  • Acompanhar a execução dos contratos, assegurando conformidade legal, contratual e operacional.
  • Monitorar contratos encerrados ou perdidos para concorrentes, identificando oportunidades de aprendizado e melhoria contínua.
  • Coordenar processos administrativos e demandas jurídicas relacionadas ao mercado público.
  • Orientar a elaboração de impugnações, recursos, manifestações, notificações, pareceres e defesas perante órgãos públicos e Tribunais de Contas.
  • Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas e escritórios externos na mitigação de riscos jurídicos e regulatórios.
  • Gerir escritórios advocatícios parceiros, acompanhando prazos, qualidade técnica e resultados.
  • Construir e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área, promovendo melhorias de processos e eficiência operacional.
  • Representar a empresa em reuniões, audiências, despachos e interações com clientes e órgãos públicos, quando necessário.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Formação superior em Direito.
  • OAB ativa.
  • Experiência sólida em licitações e contratos administrativos.
  • Experiência prévia em coordenação ou liderança de equipes.
  • Vivência na condução de processos administrativos e relacionamento com órgãos públicos.
  • Pacote Office intermediário.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação, organização, negociação e gestão de prioridades.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens eventuais.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.

  • Experiência como advogado(a) atuando diretamente com licitações e contratos públicos.
  • Atuação perante Tribunais de Contas.
  • Vivência com gestão de equipes multidisciplinares.
