Job Summary

We are hiring AI / Machine Learning Engineers for contract-to-hire opportunities across the United States. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Candidates should have knowledge of Python, machine learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Candidates must be currently located in the U.S. and willing to work under a contract-to-hire arrangement, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment based on performance and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, test, and optimize machine learning models.
  • Build AI-powered applications using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Work with generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning technologies.
  • Prepare datasets and evaluate model performance.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
  • Research emerging AI tools and techniques.
  • Maintain documentation and follow software development best practices.

Required Skills

  • PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
  • LLMs and Generative AI fundamentals
  • NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn

Freshers: Academic projects, internships, relevant certifications, or a strong AI/ML project portfolio are acceptable.

Experienced Candidates: Hands-on experience in model development, deployment, LLM applications, or production AI systems is preferred.
