Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du showroom, vous accueillez et conseillez une clientèle de particuliers et de professionnels en conception d’espaces sanitaire et salle de bains.

Dans ce cadre, vous aurez pour principales missions de :

  • Assurer l’accueil physique et téléphonique des clients ;
  • Présenter nos gammes de produits ;
  • Analyser les attentes des clients et leur proposer une solution adaptée ;
  • Établir des offres de prix ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la clientèle ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures en matière de dossier de vente à établir ;
  • Tenir un reporting quotidien précis de votre activité ;
  • Participer à l’optimisation du fonctionnement du showroom ;
  • Participer ponctuellement aux événements professionnels sur lesquels nous sommes présents sur le territoire national.

Qualifications

  • De formation Bac / Bac+2 en commerce, vous justifiez de 3 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire, de préférence en salle d’exposition sanitaire / salle de bains ;
  • Vous avez une sensibilité pour l’univers de l'équipement de la maison, et les tendances du marché de la décoration ;
  • Enfin, vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique que vous utiliserez au quotidien (Pack Office, CRM, Sage, etc.).
