Deine Aufgaben

Suchst Du eine neue Herausforderung und möchtest Dein Know-how im Ersatzteilwesen einbringen? Dann könnte diese Stelle zu Dir passen! Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung sucht Daimler Buses für den wachsenden Standort in Granges-Paccot einen Teamleiter Ersatzteile.

Bei dieser Stelle übernimmst Du folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Führung des Lagerteams.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse und der Organisation im Lager.
  • Sicherstellung des Bestell- und Lieferprozesses für interne und externe Kunden von Daimler Buses.
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Verfügbarkeit der Ersatzteile.
  • Vertrieb von Ersatzteilen sowie Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Kundennetzwerks und Akquise von Neukunden.
  • Unterstützung der Servicepartner aus dem Händlernetz von Daimler Buses.
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker EFZ oder Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ; eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams.
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit IT-Anwendersystemen.
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Offene und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B.
