Du bist ein erfahrener Recruiter (m/w/d) mit Hands-on-Mentalität, der es gewohnt ist, in einem schnellen, dynamischen Umfeld End-to-End zu rekrutieren – von der Stellenanalyse bis zum Abschluss? Du hast technische, funktionale und kommerzielle Rollen besetzt, kommunizierst souverän mit Hiring Managern und Kunden und weisst genau, welche Hebel eine Stelle schnell und gut besetzt bekommen?

Dann passt du zu uns. Wir suchen keine Verwalter offener Stellen, sondern einen Recruiting-Berater (m/w/d), der mitdenkt, berät und liefert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest eigenständig Recruiting-Mandate unserer Kunden (KMU, Start-ups, Scale-ups) End-to-End – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden als Sparringpartner zu Stellentiteln, Stellenbeschreibungen, Recruiting-Strategien, Kanalauswahl und Marktpositionierung.
  • Du führst Active Search über LinkedIn Recruiter und weitere (KI-basierte) Sourcing-Tools durch, identifizierst und sprichst passende Kandidaten proaktiv an.
  • Du führst Screening Calls und qualifizierende Erstinterviews auf Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise Französisch durch.
  • Du übernimmst die gesamte Bewerberkommunikation inklusive Terminkoordination, Kandidatenpflege und Prozesssteuerung im ATS.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Stellenbeschreibungen, entwickelst Posting-Strategien und setzt diese operativ um.
  • Du erstellst Projektunterlagen, Screening-Formulare, Kandidatenreports und Dokumentationen für unsere Kunden.
  • Du führst bei Bedarf Workshops und Trainings für Hiring Manager und Recruiter unserer Kunden durch.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting – idealerweise in einem Start-up, Scale-up oder High-Volume-Umfeld mit hoher Taktung und Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in BWL, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast nachweislich ein breites Spektrum an Rollen besetzt: technische Positionen (Software, Hardware, Engineering), funktionale Rollen (HR, Finance, Operations) sowie Sales- und Marketing-Positionen.
  • Du beherrschst End-to-End-Recruiting und bist es gewohnt, Mandate eigenständig zu steuern – von der Intake-Session mit dem Kunden bis zum Offer.
  • Du bringst exzellente Active-Search-Kenntnisse mit und arbeitest routiniert mit LinkedIn Recruiter; Erfahrung mit KI-basierten Sourcing-Tools ist ein Plus.
  • Du hast bereits mit verschiedenen ATS / Recruiting-Software-Systemen gearbeitet (z.B. Personio, Successfactors, o.ä.) und findest dich schnell in neuen Tools zurecht.
  • Du bist technisch affin und offen für neue Tools, Automatisierungen und KI-gestützte Workflows.
  • Du arbeitest hochproduktiv, effizient und strukturiert, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän und beratend mit Kunden und Hiring Managern – du empfiehlst die richtige Strategie, nicht nur die schnellste.
  • Du schreibst und sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus
  • Du wohnst und arbeitest in der Schweiz mit entsprechender Aufenthalts- und Arbeitsgenehmigung
