Hagatorpskolan är en lugn och trygg, fristående grundskola med årskurserna F–9 på ca 160 elever som är beläget nära Kronoskogen i Ljungby. Vi har en god kvalitet på vår undervisning och en god kompetens bland våra lärare. Hos oss får barnen utmanas och bygga sina kunskaper för framtiden. Hos oss ska alla elever känna sig sedda och välkomna och ges de bästa förutsättningarna för att lyckas med sitt skolarbete.

Skoladministratör till Hagatorpskolan (50-100%)

Hagatorpskolan söker en engagerad skoladministratör som vill vara en viktig del av vår verksamhet. Tjänsten omfattar i grunden cirka 50 %, men kan utökas upp till heltid beroende på din kompetens, erfarenhet och dina intressen. Kombination upp till 100% med att vara lärare, i skola eller fritidshem.

Hos oss får du ett varierat arbete där du arbetar nära rektor, personal och elever i en familjär skolmiljö.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som skoladministratör kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ansvara för skoladministration och elevregister
  • Arbeta med SchoolSoft och andra administrativa system
  • Hantera schemaläggning och schemafrågor
  • Vara administrativt stöd till rektor
  • Ansvara för skolbiblioteket
  • Hantera information till vårdnadshavare och personal
  • Delta i utvecklingen av skolans administrativa rutiner

Möjlighet till utökad tjänst

För dig som önskar en högre tjänstgöringsgrad finns möjlighet att kombinera tjänsten med exempelvis:

  • Vikarieuppdrag i skola
  • Andra uppgifter utifrån erfarenhet och kunskap ex. Pedagog, SYV, Resurs

Erfarenhet av SchoolSoft, schemaläggning eller arbete inom skola är ett krav.
