About Verified Verified started with solutions for electronic signing, identity verification, and contract management. In close collaboration with its customers, the company has since evolved into a RegTech provider of digital workflows for Anti-Money Laundering and supplier due diligence.
The platform is API-first and delivered as SaaS and PaaS, built for secure and scalable cloud-based services across electronic signing, electronic identification and AML capabilities. An “AI-first” approach is also being adopted, with AI agents and services integrated both internally and into customer-facing products.

About the role and the team As a Senior Fullstack Engineer within the CLM and eSign domain, you will play a key role in developing and evolving cloud-native SaaS solutions running in AWS. Working across both frontend and backend services, you will contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient systems that support business-critical signing and contract workflows.
You will join a high-autonomy team where ownership is shared and responsibility spans the full lifecycle of features and services, from planning and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The team is focused on scalability, engineering excellence, and accelerating innovation through modern technologies and AI.
Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications in AWS
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions within the team
- Support the transition towards a shared infrastructure across eSign systems
- Integrate AI capabilities such as AI agents and RAG into products and development workflows
- Take ownership of features throughout the full lifecycle, from planning to release and production monitoring
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Drive engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement in architecture and engineering practices
About you We believe you are a self-driven engineer who enjoys taking ownership and working in high-autonomy teams. You are comfortable working across the stack in modern SaaS environments and motivated by building scalable cloud-based solutions that create real value for users and customers.
You are curious about new technologies, including AI, and interested in how they can be applied across both products and the software development lifecycle. You enjoy solving technical challenges and continuously improving systems, processes, and ways of working.
To succeed in this role, we believe you likely bring:
- 7+ experience as a Fullstack Engineer working with modern cloud-based SaaS solutions.
- Strong experience with Node.js, ASP.NET, and React
- Experience building microservices and web applications
- Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless architectures
- Good understanding of modern application architecture, scalability, and security
- Experience or interest in AI tools and technologies used in software development
- Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch
- Professional proficiency in English
It is a plus if you have experience from FinTech/RegTech or other regulated environments, as well as experience with Event-Driven Architecture or Event Sourcing.
