Sta je middenin je HR-carrière en wil je je expertise verbreden in plaats van vastroesten in één rol? Bij Effectis werk je als HR-consultant aan projecten die aansluiten bij jouw sterktes. Vandaag ondersteun je een scale-up bij rekrutering, morgen help je een kmo met onboarding of performancebeleid.

Je werkt op projecten in jouw regio, meestal binnen een straal van ongeveer 45 minuten van je woonplaats. Bij Effectis ben je geen tijdelijke externe kracht: we matchen je bewust met klanten waar je echt impact maakt en waar de cultuur bij je past. Een greep uit ons klantenbestand: kmo's zoals De Kinder, scale-ups zoals Loop Earplugs en grote ondernemingen zoals Artes.

Wat je doet

  • Je ondersteunt kmo's en scale-ups in uiteenlopende HR-domeinen: rekrutering, payroll, ontwikkeling en performancemanagement.
  • Je draait mee in de operationele HR-praktijk, maar denkt ook mee over structuur en beleid.
  • Je geeft praktisch advies aan zaakvoerders en HR-verantwoordelijken.
  • Je werkt afwisselend bij klanten, van thuis of op kantoor, afhankelijk van het project.

Consultancy betekent variatie, maar ook: telkens een nieuwe klant, een nieuwe cultuur en jezelf opnieuw bewijzen. Dat geeft energie als je houdt van afwisseling en snel schakelen.
