Jouw effect in actie Als HR-Freelancer neem je een deel of het volledige HR-beleid van jouw klanten voor jouw rekening. Het takenpakket is heel divers en ligt steeds in lijn met jouw HR-expertise. Onze projecten kunnen gaan over employer branding, recruitment, learning & development, payroll opzetten en uitvoeren van het volledige HR-beleid.

Je ontfermt je daarnaast over de dagelijkse HR-taken, zoals het rekruteren van jong talent of de lopende payroll administratie. Met jouw uitgebreide kennis en vaardigheden ben je een cruciale sparringpartner voor het management en een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.

Onze klanten zijn ambitieuze scale-ups, familiale kmo's en iets grotere ondernemingen in verschillende sectoren, voornamelijk gevestigd in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Bij de matching bekijken we jouw ervaring en wensen alsook de fit met de klant. Uiteraard houden we rekening met jouw woonplaats, al verwachten we enige flexibiliteit wat betreft verplaatsingen.
