ZUR STELLE

Für unsere Bewegungsangebote für Menschen aus prekären Lebenslagen der FC-Stiftung suchen wir Unterstützung im Trainer:innen-Team. Wir möchten Menschen mit finanzieller Not oder unsicherer/fehlender Wohnsituation (obdach- und wohnungslosen Menschen) Zugang zum Sport zu eröffnen und sie hierdurch an einer Gemeinschaft teilhaben lassen. Wir suchen Unterstützung in unserem Trainer:innen-Team mit Fokus auf offene Bewegungsangebote im Bereich Straßenfußball, Tischtennis und sportartunspezifischen Angeboten. Die Angebote finden sowohl in der Innenstadt als auch im Stadtbezirk Porz statt. Die konkreten Einsatzorte und -zeiten werden gemeinsam abgestimmt.

MIT DIESEN AUFGABEN TRÄGST DU ZU UNSEREM ERFOLG BEI

  • Du konzipierst, planst und leitest wöchentliche Bewegungseinheiten für Menschen aus prekären Lebenslagen im Rahmen der FC-Stiftung.
  • Du unterstützt das Trainer:innen-Team im gesamten Kontext der Zielgruppe und bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Angebots ein.
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf bei übergeordneten Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. Tischtennis- oder Straßenfußballturnieren.
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit dem Trainer:innen-Team sowie dem zuständigen Projektmanagement der FC-Stiftung ab.

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

  • Du verfügst mindestens über eine Übungsleiter-C-Lizenz oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Sportstudium, auch laufend möglich).
  • Du bringst Einfühlungsvermögen, Offenheit und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen generell und insbesondere mit Menschen aus prekären Lebenslagen mit und verfügst idealerweise bereits über entsprechende Vorerfahrungen.
  • Du interessierst Dich für die soziale Arbeit und möchtest gesellschaftliche Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und verfügst über ein gutes Organisationstalent.
  • Du zeigst Engagement, bist flexibel und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, gelegentlich auch an Wochenenden zu unterstützen.
