  • Du berätst unsere Fans in unserem Fanshop im RheinEnergieSTADION kompetent zu unseren Fanartikeln und Mitgliedschaften und sorgst für ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du präsentierst unsere Produkte ansprechend und stellst sicher, dass unser Fanshop jederzeit einladend und verkaufsfördernd gestaltet ist.
  • Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu unseren Fans und repräsentierst authentisch die Werte des 1. FC Köln.
  • Du bereitest die Verkaufsstellen für unsere Heimspieltage vor und sorgst für eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Du übernimmst Kassiertätigkeiten und führst die Kassenabrechnung zuverlässig und gewissenhaft durch.
  • Du bearbeitest Warenein- und -ausgänge sowie Reklamationen und Umtausche serviceorientiert und zuverlässig.
  • Du unterstützt den Shopleiter im operativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst bei Bedarf stellvertretend Verantwortung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und sorgst gemeinsam für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Fanshop.

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für den direkten Kontakt mit Menschen und überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Kassen- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und packst dort mit an, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird.
  • Du behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Du bist flexibel und bereit, regelmäßig an Spieltagen sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen zu arbeiten.
  • Du identifizierst Dich mit dem 1. FC Köln und hast Freude daran, unseren Fans ein besonderes Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten.
  • Du kannst zeitnah in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) bei uns starten.
