The posting

Als stagiair ben je betrokken bij alle werkzaamheden van het investment team. Het investeringsproces start met het identificeren en evalueren van investeringskansen, gevolgd door het acquireren en uiteindelijk desinvesteren van portfolio-ondernemingen.

Gedurende je stageperiode ondersteun je het investment team actief bij een op dat moment spelende transactie (aankoop, verkoop of financiering) en daarnaast bij het opstellen van analyses van interessante ondernemingen en markten.

Egeria biedt jou een uitdagende stage in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin jij de kans krijgt je te ontwikkelen op verschillende vakgebieden, van financieel tot commercieel en van operationeel tot strategisch. De werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden vereisen analytische vaardigheden, goed ontwikkelde communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid.

Als stagiair bij Egeria, maak je deel uit van een hecht team. We zijn gefocust op resultaat, maar we vinden het net zo belangrijk hoe we dat resultaat behalen. Door samen te bouwen, van elkaar te leren en successen samen te vieren.

Opleiding

  • Een bijna afgeronde master opleiding in finance of engineering
  • Goede academische resultaten
  • Een eerdere relevante stage-ervaring in een professionele omgeving (Investment Banking, Strategie Consulting)

Vereisten

  • Zelf startend en probleem oplossend vermogen
  • Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; teamspeler
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
