Descrição da vaga

  • Apoiar atividades operacionais de recuperação e recomposição florestal;
  • Realizar plantio de mudas nativas;
  • Executar manutenção e conservação das áreas reflorestadas;
  • Apoiar atividades de irrigação, coroamento, adubação e controle de formigas;
  • Auxiliar no transporte, organização e acondicionamento de materiais e ferramentas;
  • Executar atividades de limpeza e preparação de áreas;
  • Seguir os procedimentos de segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e qualidade;
  • Apoiar a equipe técnica e operacional nas rotinas de campo;
  • Realizar atividades conforme orientação dos Encarregados e Coordenador de Campo.

Qualificações

  • Ensino fundamental completo;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em campo e realizar deslocamentos entre áreas de operação.
  • Boa disposição física para atividades operacionais em áreas externas;
  • Comprometimento com segurança e trabalho em equipe.
  • Experiência em atividades rurais, florestais, agrícolas ou reflorestamento será um diferencial.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e comprometido com as atividades.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com plantio, manutenção florestal ou atividades ambientais;
  • Vivência rural em campo ou serviços operacionais;
  • Conhecimento básico em segurança do trabalho.
