L’activité « Infrastructures et Aménagements Urbains » compte environ 200 collaborateurs répartis en 18 agences sur le territoire Métropolitain et Outre-Mer.

Ces agences sont implantées pour la plupart à proximité des grandes Métropoles françaises.

L’activité « Infrastructures et Aménagements Urbains » cherche un responsable d'antenne H/F pour son implantation à Ajaccio.

Rattachée à l’agence de Marseille, pilotée par le Directeur Régional Sud-Est & Réunion, l’antenne d’Ajaccio aura pour objectif d’assurer une relation de proximité avec les clients implantés en Corse, principalement la Collectivité de Corse et les communautés d’Agglomération d’Ajaccio et de Bastia, dans les domaines des infrastructures routières et urbaines. Cette relation de proximité doit permettre une croissance de l’activité.

Les principales attributions du responsable d’antenne recherché s’organisent autour de 2 dimensions :

  • En matière de développement:En faisant croître l’effectif de l’antenne pour assurer au mieux toutes les missions qui nécessitent une présence locale En augmentant le chiffre d’affaire réalisé avec les clients récurrents de l’antenne En allant vers de nouveaux clients (privés notamment) et/ou de nouveaux positionnements (AMOT) En produisant les réponses aux appels d’offres les plus pertinentes possibles
  • En matière de pilotage de l’activité et managériale,En effectuant un suivi régulier des clients et des contrats rattachés à l’antenne En assurant le rôle de chef de projet pour certains contrats En établissant les prévisions budgétaires (prise de commande/chiffre d’affaire/marge) de l’antenne En encadrant le personnel rattaché à l’antenne

Le responsable de l’antenne H/F d’Ajaccio pourra/devra s’appuyer sur l’agence de Marseille pour produire les contrats dont il est responsable.

Qualifications

  • Bac + 5, ingénieur(e) généraliste ou avec une spécialité BTP ou projets urbains (Centrale, INSA, ENTPE, EIVP, ESTP, UTC, HEI, ESIP, ENPC, ISABTP, ENI, ESI Reims, Polytech,…) ou Master équivalent avec une expérience significative dans des fonctions similaires.
  • vous avez un sens commercial affirmé et vous aimez développer votre activité
  • Vous êtes un gestionnaire aguerri.
  • Vous avez envie de travailler dans une ambiance conviviale où l’intérêt collectif et la solidarité priment, de porter les valeurs d’Egis, en contribuant notamment à notre effort pour lutter, à travers nos leviers d’action, contre le réchauffement climatique
  • Vous avez de vraies qualités en communication, vous savez développer une relation de confiance avec vos clients et interagir au sein d’un réseau d’agences et plus généralement d’un grand groupe d’ingénierie organisé par métier
  • Vous êtes attaché au territoire dans lequel vous travaillez
