Deine Aufgaben:

  • Einarbeitung und Übernahme des kompletten Motorenmanagements
  • Arbeiten in unserer Motorenwerkstatt
  • Mechanische Montage vor Ort, insbesondere Aus- und Einbau von Elektromotoren und Pumpen
  • Übernahme und Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstamms im Bereich Motoren
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und eigenständige Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen
  • Übernahme der Personalverantwortung für den Bereich Motorenmanagement inklusive Montage
  • Terminkoordination für Motorreparaturen und Montageeinsätze
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung für das Motorenwerk und die Montage
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Werk
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der sicherheitstechnischen Vorschriften sowie der Vorgaben der Berufsgenossenschaft (BG)

Darüber freuen wir uns bei Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektromaschinenbauer (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Maschinen und Antriebstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Elektromotoren und Pumpen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Motorenreparatur und Montage
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montageeinsätzen vor Ort
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
