Deine Aufgaben:

  • Operative und strategische Gesamtverantwortung für die Klotter Elektrotechnik GmbH mit Fokus auf nachhaltiges Wachstum
  • Weiterentwicklung der erfolgreichen Geschäftsstrategie und konsequente Umsetzung in einem mittelständisch geprägten Umfeld
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Ergebnis- und Cashflow-Entwicklung, gesteuert auf Basis transparenter KPIs (Forecasting, Budgetierung, Reporting)
  • Ausbau des Vertriebs und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie mit Fokus auf attraktive Projekte und Kundensegmente
  • Pflege und Ausbau langjähriger Kundenbeziehungen sowie strategischer Partnerschaften
  • Sicherstellung von Termintreue, Ausführungsqualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette (Einkauf, Projektabwicklung, Service, Logistik)
  • Aktive Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts mit hoher Hands-on-Mentalität – nah an Mannschaft, Projekten und Kunden
  • Führung, Motivation und gezielter Aufbau des Managementteams und der Mitarbeitenden – mit Wertschätzung, klarer Orientierung und unternehmerischem Anspruch
  • Erschließung neuer Marktchancen entlang der Megatrends Energiewende, Digitalisierung und Elektrifizierung
  • Enge, partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit der Holding der E.GRUPPE und den Geschäftsführerkolleginnen und -kollegen der Schwestergesellschaften, inklusive aktiver Mitgestaltung gruppenweiter Initiativen

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativ geprägten Führungsrolle, idealerweise als Geschäftsführer, COO oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Mittelstand
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft der Elektrotechnik (z. B. Energieversorgung, Gebäudetechnik, Industrieprojekte) ist unabdingbar
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Wertschätzender, motivierender Führungsstil mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu begeistern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
