Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Führung der operativen Personalarbeit über alle Gruppengesellschaften hinweg, im engen Zusammenspiel mit den lokalen HRAnsprechpartnern
  • Verantwortung für die HR-Kernprozesse: Onboarding, Vertragswesen,Personalakten, Zeugnisse
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer gruppenweiten Vergütungssystematik (Gehaltsbänder) einschließlich Umsetzung der EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie
  • Controlling der laufenden Lohnabrechnung über alle Gesellschaften: Kennzahlen, Auswertungen und Qualitätssicherung, einheitliche Standards für die lokalen Abrechnungsstellen sowie Schnittstelle zu Finanzbuchhaltung und Steuerberatern
  • Personalentwicklung: Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsprogramm, Karrierelevel und Zielvereinbarungssystematik – gemeinsam mit CEO und Geschäftsführungen
  • Führung der zentralen Funktion für HR-Systeme (Personio) und gruppenweite HR-Projekte
  • Koordination mit Recruiting und Employer Branding sowie Steuerung des gruppenweiten Personalreportings
  • Einsatz von KI in der Personalarbeit: Du etablierst KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen in den HR-Prozessen – datenschutzkonform und im Rahmen unseres gruppenweiten KI-Programms
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson der Geschäftsführungen in allen Personalthemen; Sparringspartner bei personalstrategischen Entscheidungen und Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur

Darüber freuen wir uns bei Dir:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Personalmanagement, BWL o. Ä.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit HR-Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Gesellschaften; erste Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in den HR-Kernprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit Vergütungssystematiken und Gehaltsbändern; Kenntnisse der EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Controlling der Lohnabrechnung bzw. in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lohnbuchhaltung und Steuerberatern (Kennzahlen, Auswertungen,Qualitätssicherung)
  • Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung (Führungskräfteentwicklung, Zielvereinbarungen) von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen (idealerweise Personio) und gängigen Office-Tools
  • Offenheit für KI und idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag - Du probierst Neues aus und machst es für Dein Umfeld nutzbar
  • Kommunikationsstark und verbindlich: Du gewinnst Zustimmung durch Argumente und arbeitest im Dialog mit Geschäftsführungen und Teams – diskret, strukturiert und eigenmotiviert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
