Deine Aufgaben:

  • Operative Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Lieferung
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Erstellung von Bestellungen
  • Betreuung und Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Liefermengen
  • Klärung von Lieferabweichungen, Fehlmengen und Reklamationen
  • Pflege von Lieferanten-, Artikel- und Einkaufsstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Produktion, Technik, Lager und Projektmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und Einkaufskosten
  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Materialversorgung

Darüber freuen wir uns bei Dir:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Einkauf
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Maschinenbau
  • Gute technische Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an elektrotechnischen Produkten und Komponenten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
