Als Team Lead Operations & Customer Support (m/w/d) - B2C verantwortest Du die operative und strategische Steuerung unseres Mitglieder-Supports und der Verwaltung. Du bist nicht nur ein Vorbild für erstklassigen Service und unterstützt bei Eskalationsthemen, sondern auch strategischer Gestalterin: Du optimierst unsere Prozesslandschaft und sorgst dafür, dass unser Team hocheffizient mit unseren ambitionierten Wachstumsplänen skaliert. DEIN TÄGLICHES WORKOUT

- Teamführung & Kultur: Du führst und förderst dein Team (6-7 FTEs) auf Augenhöhe. Du schaffst Raum für eine offene Feedback- und Fehlerkultur, setzt klare Prioritäten und begleitest deine Teammitglieder durch regelmäßiges Coaching in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung

- Kundenorientierung: Du richtest deine operativen Prioritäten klar am Mehrwert für unsere Mitglieder aus und sorgst dafür, dass unser Support-Standard auf höchstem Niveau ist und bleibt

- Prozessoptimierung und Skalierbarkeit: Du spürst Optimierungspotenziale in unseren Abläufen auf, siehst KI gezielt als mögliche Lösungsoption und treibst so unsere Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit voran.

- Strategie & Projekte: Du übersetzt globale OKRs in konkrete Team-Tasks, triffst strategische Entscheidungen und sicherst die operative Zielerreichung für deinen Bereich

- Data-Driven Support: Du steuerst unseren Kundenservice über zentrale Support-Kennzahlen (z. B. CSAT, FRT, Resolution Time, SLA-Einhaltung). Auf Basis deiner Datenanalysen leitest du gezielte Maßnahmen ab, um die Servicequalität und Mitgliederzufriedenheit kontinuierlich zu steigern

- Stakeholdermanagement: Du vertrittst die Perspektive unserer Mitglieder im gesamten Unternehmen – insbesondere gegenüber Produkt, Marketing und Accounting. Der kontinuierliche Austausch in der lokalen sowie globalen Operations Leadership-Runde ist dabei für dich essentiell, um kundenrelevante Themen nahtlos umzusetzen

DEIN FITNESS LEVEL

- Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung/Verwaltung und fundierte Führungsexpertise, mit der Du Teams motivierst und zur effizienten Zielerreichung inspirierst

- Strategischer Weitblick: Du denkst über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus und kannst komplexe Projekte und Initiativen planen und umsetzen

- Analytik & Tools: Du liebst Daten und KPIs. Du arbeitest routiniert mit der Google Suite und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Systemen wie Intercom, sowie KI Lösungen zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen

- Macher-Mentalität: Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, hast ein hohes Interesse an Digitalthemen und liebst es, Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten

- Kommunikation: Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1) und bewegst Dich sicher im interdisziplinären Schnittstellenmanagement

- Teamverantwortung: Du hast die volle Verantwortung für das B2C-Team übernommen und eine klare Vertrauensbasis geschaffen

- Prozessverständnis & Optimierung: Du hast erste Initiativen zur Optimierung und Steigerung der Mitgliederzufriedenheit erfolgreich identifiziert und umgesetzt

- Stakeholdermanagement: Du hast Dich als fester Sparringspartnerin für deine Schlüsselstakeholder etabliert und agierst als geschätzte Instanz für alle Themen rund um unsere Mitglieder
