Job Description

  • Responsible for increasing production and meeting deadlines.
  • Responsible for material and equipment to be at site.
  • Responsible for workers daily output and report deficiencies to Engineer.
  • Pre-planning and organizing each phase of a job card can help in meeting schedules while making work safer and smoother
  • Schedule enough workers to do the job
  • Observe safety norms on site, any unsafe work practice
  • Prepare daily workers attendance/time sheet and submit to the Engineer on time.
  • Increase worker morale and work quality
  • Schedule regular weekly site safety meeting with all workers.
