Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle im Process & IT Team und entwickelst Automatisierungen, die uns als gut finanziertes Scale-up auf das nächste Level bringen. Als Leitende:r Softwareentwickler:in (m/w/d) - Python arbeitest du nicht nur hands-on, sondern treibst als Vorreiter die Zukunft der Softwareentwicklung bei einhundert voran. Du siehst und willst die Chancen von KI-gestützter Entwicklung nutzen, du etablierst KI-Agenten, befähigst das Team und machst die Zukunft schon heute zur Realität!

  • Fördere Exzellenz: Setze Qualitäts‑, Sicherheits- und Coding-Standards, lebe Clean Code vor und mach unsere Performance sichtbar
  • Sei Mentor und Experte: Übernimm das fachliche Mentoring für die Entwickler:innen, führe regelmäßig Code Reviews durch und sei Sparringspartner bei technischen Herausforderungen
  • Code und gib Orientierung: Erstelle opinionated Beispiele und Referenz-Implementierungen und besprich Lösungswege bei komplexen Aufgaben vorab mit den Entwickler:innen
  • Verbreite(re) Wissen: Führe neue Formate wie Code-Katas oder andere ein, organisiere Schulungen und sorge dafür, dass Know-how für alle verfügbar ist und aktiv genutzt wird
  • Übersetze Business in Tech: Unterstütze unsere Process-Manager bei der Planung und beim Zerlegen komplexer fachlicher Probleme in umsetzbare technische Anforderungen und Aufgaben
  • Gestalte die Zukunft: Entwickle mit deinem Team-Lead die Architektur weiter und mache KI zum wertstiftenden Teil unseres Entwicklungsprozesses

Dein Profil

  • Python-Expert:in to KISS: Du beherrschst typisiertes Python auf Expert:innen-Level, KISS und YAGNI sind deine Leitplanken und du bist überzeugt davon, dass Everything-as-Code die beste Dokumentation ist
  • Verantwortungsbereit: Du bist bereit Verantwortung im gesamten SDLC zu übernehmen, hast bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen als Mentor:in gesammelt und traust dir zu, ein Team von 5-8 Entwicklern:innen anzuleiten
  • Qualitätsbewusst: Du setzt Secure-Coding-Praktiken selbstverständlich ein, denkst Compliance mit und hast ein Auge für Edge Cases. Testautomatisierung und Branch-Coverage sind für dich Standard
  • Kein Enterprise-Korsett: Dich reizt die Scale‑up‑Dynamik, du willst Strukturen - ohne Enterprise-Overhead - vorantreiben, den Outcome erhöhen und das Team weiterentwickeln. Idealerweise hast du sogar Erfahrungen in einem Start-up gesammelt
  • Businessorientiert: Du verstehst den geschäftlichen Kontext von einhundert, suchst einfache und pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe Probleme und kommunizierst dazu sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Lust auf unseren Tech-Stack: Du arbeitest mit Python 3.13, uv, pyright und mypy; nutzt pytest und Property‑Based Testing via Hypothesis; deployst über GitHub mit Actions und Terraform nach Windmill auf AWS; und verarbeitest Daten mit PostgreSQL und DuckDB
